Two student members of the Colorado Anthrozoology Lab will be presenting their research at the 2026 meeting which takes place in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/isaz.net\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"220\" height=\"221\" src=\"https:\/\/labs.uccs.edu\/anthrozoology-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2026\/06\/ISAZ-Logo-2008-RGB.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-99\" style=\"width:265px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/labs.uccs.edu\/anthrozoology-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2026\/06\/ISAZ-Logo-2008-RGB.png 220w, https:\/\/labs.uccs.edu\/anthrozoology-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2026\/06\/ISAZ-Logo-2008-RGB-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 220px) 100vw, 220px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/isaz.net\/\">International Society for Anthrozoology (ISAZ)<\/a> is a supportive organization for the scientific and scholarly study of human\u2013animal interactions. Dr. Kisley organized a symposium for the 2026 meeting in Paris that will feature speakers from across a range of anthrozoological contexts. The title of the symposium is &#8220;<strong>How People Understand Animal Emotion States Across Anthrozoological Contexts: Perception, Beliefs, and Consequences for Human\u2013Animal Relations<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/anthrozoologyconference.com\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"408\" height=\"391\" src=\"https:\/\/labs.uccs.edu\/anthrozoology-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2026\/06\/AIP-logo.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-121\" style=\"width:301px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/labs.uccs.edu\/anthrozoology-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2026\/06\/AIP-logo.webp 408w, https:\/\/labs.uccs.edu\/anthrozoology-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2026\/06\/AIP-logo-300x288.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 408px) 100vw, 408px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/anthrozoologyconference.com\/\">Anthrozoology as International Practice<\/a> is an organization devoted to providing opportunities for students to present their work, in addition to supporting their professional development.
